Website Growth Review
The Website Growth Review is a website health check for small businesses that already have a website. We find out why it is not producing the enquiries it should, and give you a prioritised plan of what to improve first. It costs £395.
Book a free consultation See what we look atFree tools are useful. They can tell you when a page is slow or an image is missing a description. They cannot tell you why the right customers are not getting in touch or which of the warnings matters most to your business.
The Review starts with your business and customers, then looks at the website through their eyes. You get a person's judgement, not just a score.
Every Review is shaped around the business, so not every area gets equal weight. It can cover:
Technical SEO fixes, content strategy, rewritten content and speed improvements for an existing WordPress website.
A prioritised roadmap that answers four questions:
You receive a written report, usually within 10 working days of us getting access, followed by a 30-minute video call to go through it together. The roadmap is yours to keep: act on it yourself, give it to your current web designer or ask us to help.
One-off Review
£395
If the Review leads to a new website built by Steadward, the £395 comes off the build cost.
A 20–30 minute conversation to check whether the Review is right for you. If a new website makes more sense, we'll say so.
We ask for website admin and Google Search Console access, plus Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and Bing Webmaster Tools if used. We send instructions and a short business questionnaire.
We examine your website, search visibility and competitors.
You receive your written priorities, usually within 10 working days of access, followed by a 30-minute video call.
You can take the roadmap away or ask for help. Website Management & Improvement offers monthly care from £45. If you need a new website, builds start from £995 and the Review fee is credited.

Website growth
Most websites that don't bring in enquiries aren't broken. They have one or two specific problems, and you can usually find them in an afternoon.
Conversion
A good website isn't the one that wins design awards. It's the one that brings in the right customers, month after month.
If you need ongoing help after the Review, see our Website Growth Partnership.
It looks at how well a website works technically, in search and for visitors. The Website Growth Review also considers whether it brings in the right enquiries and what to fix first.
Google PageSpeed Insights tests speed and Core Web Vitals. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools show search visibility and indexing issues. These tools cannot tell you which issues matter most for your business.
It covers technical and SEO issues, but starts with your business and customers. You get a prioritised plan, not a list of every warning.
£395, paid before the Review starts. If you book a new website with us within 3 months of the Review, we credit the Review fee against the build.
Usually 10 working days from when we have access to your accounts, followed by a 30-minute call.
We will ask for website admin and Google Search Console access, plus Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and Bing Webmaster Tools if you use them. We send instructions and you can remove our access afterwards.
No. The Review is for existing websites. For a first website, see Website Planning & Development from £995.
Yes. We check how tools such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews represent your business. AI answers vary and nobody can guarantee a recommendation.
