More than maintenance
Care keeps your website looked after. Care + Growth adds a monthly report and time to improve pages, fix problems and keep content useful.
Your report covers:
- Visitors and where they came from
- Enquiries from forms and calls, where they can be tracked
- Google and Bing search performance
- Technical health, including speed, errors, broken links and uptime
- An AI search spot-check for your key searches
- The work done and what to improve next
Websites we can look after
We work with websites we built and sites built by others, on WordPress and most other platforms. You can stay with your current host at the same plan price. If you would rather move a WordPress site, we'll quote for the move separately before starting.

How much does website management cost?
Care starts at £45 a month for security, backups, updates and small edits. Care + Growth costs £95 a month and adds a monthly report and 30 minutes of improvement work.
How much should I pay someone to manage my website?
Compare what is included, not just the monthly fee. Check whether hosting, backups, updates and edits are covered and whether someone reviews the results.
How much does it cost to maintain a website in the UK?
With Steadward it is £45 a month for Care, or £95 a month for Care + Growth. Both can include hosting or support for your current host.
Is there a minimum contract?
No minimum term. You can end a monthly plan with three months’ notice in writing.
What counts as a small edit?
Changing text, swapping an image or updating prices or opening hours. Care includes up to 15 minutes a month. Larger changes cost £95 an hour in 15-minute blocks or can be quoted separately.
What does website support include if something goes wrong?
The plans include security and uptime monitoring, maintenance and backups. We will agree how urgent issues are handled when setting up your plan.
Can you manage a website someone else built?
Yes, on WordPress and most other platforms. Your site can stay with its current host. We will flag any issues found during the first check.
What is the difference between Care + Growth and the Website Growth Partnership?
Care + Growth includes a fixed amount of improvement time each month. The Partnership is for businesses wanting broader work planned around the biggest growth opportunities.
